Management Fee:

8% (excl VAT), calculated on the total of rental and utilities collected, payable monthly in advance for the term of the lease agreement and any renewals/extensions thereof.

Example:

Rental and Utilities collected for a month = R15,000

R15,000 x 8% = R1,200 (+15% VAT)

Management Fee = R1,380
